Since completing his apprenticeship as a Boilermaker/Welder, Damien has applied his expertise and demonstrated his leadership abilities as a workshop foreman, supervisor and contracts coordinator.

After many years of hands on experience in the Fabrication and Welding industry (and completing post trade studies along the way), Damien accepted a position to lecture at TAFE SA where his commitment to his trade and enthusiasm earned him excellent feedback and a standing ovation from his students.

Since joining AWS Damien has proven himself to be a valuable member of the technical services team and continues to receive great feedback from our clients about his high quality work and results.

Damien is driven to provide excellent service by continually improving his own knowledge and expertise and to make a positive contribution to AWS and our future, providing technical advice, mentoring and assistance to our team and clients.
