Helen has an extensive background in the heavy manufacturing welding industry and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to AWS particularly in the development of customer service processes and quality systems.
Her focus is primarily on developing policy and procedures that support best practice at AWS Global.
Helen has extensive experience in implementing and developing customer solutions in welding inspection management systems, billing, coordinating inspectors, quality assurance reporting, resource management and maintenance strategies.
Her great rapport with staff, clients and stakeholders has earned her a reputation throughout the industry for proving excellent customer service.
Helen’s role is to use the latest technology to create innovative solutions that not only solve a client’s needs but also ensure our services are efficient and easy to use in every aspect from each staff and customer contact with us.
