Len Sverdloff is an icon in the welding industry, with over 50 years hands on experience.

A qualified engineer, Len has advised numerous companies around the world on their welding requirements, ranging from general fabrication, boiler and pressure vessel inspector, welding inspector, pressure equipment and structural, through to Auditing Quality Management Systems for compliance.

As a result his reputation and extensive knowledge of all aspects of welding and Australian welding standards, and the range and suitability of welding solutions available to industry is known worldwide.

Len joined AWS Inspection Services in a role specifically to target the large scale manufacturing and defence projects, and to act in a consultative role to assist companies to prepare and supervise welding, arrange for materials and equipment and ensure the welding is completed to meet their requirements as per Australian Standard.
